Made his career as a San Diego & Baja favorite with an eye toward producing eclectic urban style & Baja influenced food, unlimited in scope or boundary. Now back in his place of birth Spokane, Washington where he has a successful ceviche bar called Zona Blanca.

Chef White trained in classic French and Mediterranean cuisine. After traveling, cooking and falling in love with Mexico and its culture, White decided to open La Justina in Tijuana, Baja Norte and Craft Pizza Company in San Diego, CA in 2014

Chad’s wild creativity, authentic sense of flavor, style and organic fearlessness drive his kitchens, pushing expectations and boundaries, often giving life to what he has fashioned into his own indelible signature: food outside the borders, flavor beyond expectation, with delight all but guaranteed.
